\n The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders,\n deliveries and services via the Pept\u00e9lia<\/strong> website.\n Pept\u00e9lia specialises in high-quality research peptides<\/strong>\n with a focus on GLP-1, GLP-2, GLP-3, TB-500 and GHK-CU<\/strong>.\n <\/p>\n\n

1. Scope<\/h2>\n

\n All products offered via Pept\u00e9lia are\n intended exclusively for laboratory, analytical and research purposes<\/strong>\n (For Research Purposes Only<\/em>).\n The products are not approved<\/strong> for human or veterinary\n use and have not been tested or approved by authorities such as the EMA, FDA, BfArM or comparable\n institutions as medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements or\n cosmetics.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n This applies in particular to research peptides such as\n Semaglutide (GLP-1), Tirzepatide (GLP-2), Retatrutide (GLP-3), TB-500 and GHK-CU<\/strong>.\n <\/p>\n\n

3. Prohibited use<\/h2>\n

\n Any use of the products on or in the human body,\n for self-experimentation, or for medical, therapeutic, cosmetic or\n supplementary purposes is strictly prohibited.\n By placing an order, the buyer expressly confirms\n that they have the necessary expertise in handling\n research chemicals or are acting on behalf of a recognised\n research institution.\n <\/p>\n\n

4. Disclaimer of liability<\/h2>\n

\n Pept\u00e9lia accepts no liability whatsoever for direct or indirect damage,\n consequential damage, loss of data, economic loss or other disadvantages\n resulting from the use, storage, transfer or improper handling\n of the products delivered.\n <\/p>\n

\n The buyer expressly indemnifies Pept\u00e9lia against all third-party claims\n arising from any abusive, improper or illegal use\n of the products.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n The contract is concluded when Pept\u00e9lia accepts the order.\n The applicable law applies exclusively, excluding the\n UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
