1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to contracts with customers acting as businesses, research institutions, laboratories, or qualified professional users. Consumers as defined in Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are expressly excluded. Any deviating terms and conditions of the buyer shall not apply unless they have been expressly confirmed in writing.

2. Type of Products – Research Chemicals

Alle über Peptélia angebotenen Produkte sind ausschließlich für Labor-, Analyse- und Forschungszwecke bestimmt (For Research Purposes Only). Die Produkte sind nicht zugelassen für den menschlichen oder tierischen Gebrauch und wurden nicht von Behörden wie EMA, FDA, BfArM oder vergleichbaren Institutionen als Arzneimittel, Medizinprodukte, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel oder Kosmetika geprüft oder genehmigt.

This applies in particular to investigational peptides such as semaglutide (GLP-1), tirzepatide (GLP-2), retatrutide (GLP-3), TB-500, and GHK-CU.

3. Prohibited Use

Any use of the products on or in the human body, for self-experimentation, medical, therapeutic, cosmetic, or supplemental purposes is strictly prohibited. By placing an order, the buyer expressly confirms that they have the necessary expertise in handling research chemicals or are acting on behalf of a recognized research institution.

4. Disclaimer

Peptélia übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für direkte oder indirekte Schäden, Folgeschäden, Datenverluste, wirtschaftliche Verluste oder sonstige Nachteile, die aus der Nutzung, Lagerung, Weitergabe oder unsachgemäßen Handhabung der gelieferten Produkte resultieren.

Der Käufer stellt Peptélia ausdrücklich von sämtlichen Ansprüchen Dritter frei, die aus einer missbräuchlichen, nicht bestimmungsgemäßen oder illegalen Nutzung der Produkte entstehen.

5. Not Medical or Scientific Advice

6. Prohibition on Resale

9. Conclusion of the Contract & Jurisdiction

Der Vertrag kommt mit Annahme der Bestellung durch Peptélia zustande. Es gilt ausschließlich das jeweils anwendbare Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Gerichtsstand ist – soweit gesetzlich zulässig – der Sitz des Betreibers.

10. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
