General Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, deliveries and services via the Peptélia website. Peptélia specialises in high-quality research peptides with a focus on GLP-1, GLP-2, GLP-3, TB-500 and GHK-CU.

1. Scope

These Terms apply exclusively to contracts with customers acting as businesses, research institutions, laboratories or qualified professional users. Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are expressly excluded. Deviating terms of the buyer do not apply unless they have been expressly confirmed in writing.

2. Nature of the products – research chemicals

All products offered via Peptélia are intended exclusively for laboratory, analytical and research purposes (For Research Purposes Only). The products are not approved for human or veterinary use and have not been tested or approved by authorities such as the EMA, FDA, BfArM or comparable institutions as medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements or cosmetics.

This applies in particular to research peptides such as Semaglutide (GLP-1), Tirzepatide (GLP-2), Retatrutide (GLP-3), TB-500 and GHK-CU.

3. Prohibited use

Any use of the products on or in the human body, for self-experimentation, or for medical, therapeutic, cosmetic or supplementary purposes is strictly prohibited. By placing an order, the buyer expressly confirms that they have the necessary expertise in handling research chemicals or are acting on behalf of a recognised research institution.

4. Disclaimer of liability

Peptélia accepts no liability whatsoever for direct or indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of data, economic loss or other disadvantages resulting from the use, storage, transfer or improper handling of the products delivered.

The buyer expressly indemnifies Peptélia against all third-party claims arising from any abusive, improper or illegal use of the products.

5. No medical or scientific advice

All content on this website – including product descriptions, texts, study references and communication with support – is provided for information and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, therapeutic or scientific advice.

6. Prohibition of resale

Reselling, passing on or making the products available to third parties is prohibited unless this takes place within the framework of approved scientific research under appropriate supervision.

7. Responsibility & legal compliance

The buyer is solely responsible for complying with all local, national and international laws and regulations relating to the purchase, import, possession and use of research peptides.

8. Age restriction

Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over. Peptélia reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

9. Conclusion of contract & place of jurisdiction

The contract is concluded when Peptélia accepts the order. The applicable law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is – where legally permissible – the registered office of the operator.

10. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
