Refund & Return Policy
At Peptélia, transparency, product safety and scientific integrity come first. Due to the special nature of our products, clear, binding and strictly regulated return and refund conditions apply.
No right of withdrawal for research peptides
All products offered by Peptélia are intended exclusively for research, analytical and laboratory purposes (For Research Purposes Only). They are expressly not consumer products, medicinal products, food supplements or cosmetics.
Due to the nature of the products – in particular research peptides, laboratory chemicals and research-grade substances – a right of withdrawal and any return after dispatch are excluded in principle. This applies in particular for reasons of product safety, sterility, quality control and traceability.
No take-back – no returns
Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping carrier, taking back or exchanging them is excluded. As soon as a product has left our warehouse, we can no longer ensure that it has been stored or handled under controlled laboratory conditions. Resale or reuse is therefore excluded.
Returns are not accepted. Unsolicited returns are sent at the sender's own risk and will be neither inspected nor refunded.
Transport damage – the only exception
A refund or replacement delivery is made exclusively in the event of verifiable transport damage. This must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Written notification within 48 hours
- Clear photos of the shipping packaging, the product and the damage
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- A return for inspection may be requested
No liability for handling errors
Peptélia accepts no liability whatsoever for damage, losses or consequences resulting from improper handling, storage, use or transfer of the products. Responsibility for proper handling lies entirely with the buyer.
Incorrect address details & delivery problems
We accept no liability for delays, non-delivery or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Redelivery or a refund is excluded in such cases.
Refunds
If confirmed transport damage has occurred, a refund or replacement delivery is made only after inspection. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Any further claims are excluded.

This return policy applies to all orders of research peptides, GLP-1 research peptides, metabolic research substances and endocrinological study materials from Peptélia.
